1. Mooncake sets are available for purchase during the promotional period and while stocks last.

2. Full payment is required upon confirmation of order.

3. Orders are subject to availability and will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

4. Advance orders are recommended to ensure availability of preferred mooncake flavours and packaging.

5. Self-collection must be made during the specified collection period and operating hours at the designated collection point. 

6. Orders can be collected at the hotel between 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, from 20 August to 25 September 2026.

7. Delivery is available at an additional charge with at least three (3) working days' advance notice.

8. Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be presented upon collection.

9. Uncollected mooncakes after the agreed collection date may be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel.

10. Mooncake flavours are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar flavour of equal value if required.

11. All mooncake images used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.

12. Promotional prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

13. Discounts, promotional offers, corporate rates, and vouchers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

14. Purchased mooncakes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

15. The hotel shall not be responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from improper storage or handling after collection.

16. Guests are advised to inform the hotel of any food allergies prior to purchase. While every care is taken during preparation, traces of allergens may be present.

17. The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the promotion, mooncake selection, packaging, prices, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute, the hotel's decision shall be final and binding.
